A Future Vision?

 

Here is one person's ideas on what Lake Hawthorn and the Mildura South precinct may look like if innovative thinking is adapted as part of a planning concept that could be adopted now.  Cabarita Inc members are quite excited by this concept as it shows a fresh approach and forward thinking.....what are your idea's?
